Indications

Betulla is a useful supplement in cases of both renal and cardiac edema, gout, urinary stones, water retention, as an adjuvant in the treatment of rheumatic disorders and cellulite.

• Birch is a tree with the characteristic white bark of the trunk and branches, which can reach 30m in height. It normally grows in the mountainous and subalpine areas of the Alps and the Apennines, but can also grow in the pre-Alpine areas, in the Po Valley and in cold temperate zones (northern Europe, Russia).  The parts of the plant used in phytotherapy are the buds, which are collected when they are still closed (February-March), the leaves, which are collected in May-June, and the bark, which is collected when the plant begins to grow (March-April). After harvesting, the plant parts are dried in the shade, in a well-ventilated place.

Composition

A 430 mg natural gelatin capsule contains: birch leaf micronized powder; birch leaf dry extract (titer greater than 2.5% hyperoside); 80 mg capsule.

Directions for use and Dosage

2-3 tablets twice a day.
