Indications
Betafolic plus is a food supplement based on betaine, serine, folate, zinc and B vitamins.
Composition
Betaine citrate, L-serine, edible gelatin, vitamin B12 0.1% (cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin, sodium citrate, citric acid), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), zinc oxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; quatrefolic (glucosamine salt of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate), coloring: titanium dioxide.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1-2 tablets a day, swallowed with a large glass of water.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to consult a doctor. Do not consume more than 3 g of plant sterols per day.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. The expiration date refers to the product when stored correctly and in its intact packaging.
