Food supplement based on vitamins and Quatrefolic.
Niacin and vitamins B1, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function, pantothenic acid contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters, contributes to normal mental performance and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, vitamin B1 contributes to normal cardiac function, vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, vitamin B12 intervenes in the process of cell division, contributes to normal energy metabolism and together with folic acid contributes to normal metabolism homocysteine.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, talc, calcium carbonate; niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), Quatrefolic acid (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride); colouring: iron oxides and hydroxides.

How to use
Take 1 tablet per day, swallowed whole with a glass of water.
