Indications
Benecis tablets is a food supplement based on alpha-lipoic acid, choline, arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, vitamins B1-B3-B6-B12-D3.
Composition
Lipoic acid; bulking agent: calcium phosphates; choline bitartrate; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; Zinc gluconate, arginine alpha ketoglutarate, vitamin B3, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), calcium pantothenate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin H (biotin), folic acid, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking one tablet a day, swallowed with a glass of water at room temperature.
