Calcium carbonate, Magnesium carbonate, Disodium phosphate, Potassium bicarbonate, Silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 1 sachet per day, dissolved in 200 ml of water, preferably in the evening before bed.
