Indications
Base Complex is a supplement of basic salts and plant extracts with inulin derived from chicory and natural vitamin C derived from acerola. It is useful in cases of increased need or reduced dietary intake of these nutrients.
- Chicory root promotes digestive and hepatobiliary function, the drainage of body fluids, urinary tract function and is a prebiotic and promotes the balance of intestinal flora.
- Potassium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
- Calcium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal muscle function, neurotransmission and the function of digestive enzymes. It is also necessary for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
- Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of the normal immune system, normal energy-yielding metabolism, the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscle function.
- Zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism, the normal function of the immune system and protect cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use and dosage
Take 3 sachets of 5 g each of granular powder throughout the day.
Dissolve the sachet in a large glass of water. Consume preferably between meals.
