Ingredients

Powder of: Ashvagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal.] radix, Chaste tree (Vitex agnuscastus L.) fructus, Mustard (Cyperus rotundus L.) radix; stabilizer: gum arabic; Anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

Directions for use

We recommend taking 1 tablet half an hour before the two main meals.
