Indications
Food supplement based on a vitamin B complex from Quinoa, microencapsulated Iron, Magnesium and Date powder, ideal for facing periods of physical and mental tiredness caused by stress and fatigue with the right energy. It helps to promote energy metabolism by improving the function of the nervous system and the sense of physical and mental fatigue. B vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. Iron, Magnesium, and Folic Acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Functional active ingredients
- Magnesium Citrate: Magnesium is essential for energy production and plays a role in the metabolism of lipids, proteins, and carbohydrates. It is also essential for the activity and balance of the nervous system; stress can lead to magnesium deficiency.
- Iron: Iron promotes the production of hemoglobin and red blood cells and is also essential for neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine and is useful against stress. It is microencapsulated to prevent the typical metallic taste of iron from being felt during intake.
- Quinoa B Complex: a complete vitamin B complex obtained from high-quality quinoa sprouts. Quinoa also contains a multitude of biologically active substances found in the sprouts of this grain. It is also gluten-free;
- Date Powder: Superfood produced by drying and grinding dates. It contains natural fibers, which have properties essential to our health, such as the ability to retain water, improve intestinal motility, and reduce the glycemic index. Contains a significant amount of Potassium, Manganese and Copper, essential minerals for the proper functioning of our body.

Directions for use and dosage
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet (4.5 g) in 100 ml of water, mix well until the powder is completely dissolved and take once a day.

Storage
