Indications
Avec is a supplement based on ceramosides from Triticum aestivum, sodium hyaluronate, viola tricolor, ashwagandha, perilla, zinc, copper, vitamin A, vitamin D3 and biotin:
- Viola tricolor contributes to the improvement of the body's purifying functions and to the well-being of the skin.
- Perilla and ashwagandha improve the body's natural defenses and the latter also promotes relaxation and mental well-being.
- Vitamin A, biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin.
- Vitamin D3, copper, together with vitamin A and zinc, contribute to the improvement of the normal function of the immune system.
- Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue.
- Vitamin D3 and zinc are involved in the process of cell division.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: sorbitol; violet (Viola tricolor L., flowering herb) dry extract 1:4, ashwagandha (Withania somnifera L. Dunal, root) dry extract tit. 1.5% in whitenolides, perilla [Perilla frutescens (L.) Britton, seeds] dry extract 2.5% polyphenols, flavoring, ceramoside, sphingolipids and digalactosyl diglycerides (from standardized extract of Triticum aestivum, fruit), sodium hyaluronate 50kDa, zinc oxide, copper gluconate, vitamin A acetate (retinyl acetate); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; vitamin D3 100,000 IU/g (from Cladonia rangiferina L.); sweetener: sucralose; biotin (D-biotin).

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 chewable tablet per day.
You can also crush it and swallow it with a sip of water.
