- Rich in minerals (calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, copper, magnesium, silicon), vitamins (provitamin D, beta-carotene, vitamins B1, B2, B3), and fiber, auricularia owes its effects mainly to the presence of polysaccharides, β-D-glucans, polypeptides and mannans which show effective support for the immune system.

Directions for use and dosage
