Indications
Astenor is a food supplement useful in case of deficiencies of the nutrients that constitute it. In particular, the pool of B vitamins, together with Biotin and Folic Acid, contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress as well as reducing tiredness and fatigue; Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to normal carbohydrate metabolism, to normal fatty acid metabolism; Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take one tablet with a sip of water, once or twice a day.
