Indications
Astenicum is a supplement that contains creatine, carnitine, amino acids, glutathione, vitamins and minerals, in particular magnesium, iron and folic acid which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, selenium, vitamins C and E which help protect cells from oxidative stress, and B vitamins (B6, B12 and B1) which contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water (150ml).

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from light and/or heat sources. Do not use after the expiry date. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging and stored correctly.
