Indications
Assonal by Agave is a food supplement based on Acetyl L-carnitine, Oxadia, Citicoline, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Acetyl L-Carnitine has a protective and nourishing action on the body's cells. Oxadia is a patented phytocomplex extracted from the rhizome of the Gastrodia Elata Blume plant. Citicoline is an endogenous molecule essential during the synthesis of membrane phospholipids; it is the precursor of sphingomyelin, the most abundant phospholipid in cell membranes. The B vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism and in particular: Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system; Vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; Vitamin B5 contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of some neurotransmitters; Vitamins B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 sachet per day. For correct preparation, pour the contents of the sachet into a glass, add water (200 ml) and drink immediately after mixing.
