Indications
To love yourself more and better face the winter, Arkovital launches Pure Energy Winter Defenses, its first combination of plants, vitamins & minerals of plant origin and brewer's yeast beta-glucans, to naturally strengthen the immune defenses with a comprehensive action.
Supplement with a specific formula containing ingredients rigorously selected by the Group's experts:
- Baobab (Adansonia digitata) grows spontaneously in the driest areas of Africa, mainly in the Sahel and Sudan. It is a versatile tree with many nutritional uses and beneficial properties. Amla (Phyllanthus emblica), commonly known as Indian gooseberry, is traditionally used in Ayurvedic practice. Amla naturally contains vitamin C, vitamin B6, and chromium.
- Guava (Psidium guajava). Guava was intensively cultivated by the Incas and is still very popular in South America. It is mainly used in food for its edible seeds.
- Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum). It has been used for over 3,000 years and is considered a sacred plant with more religious than culinary uses.
- Curry Leaf (Murraya koenigii). Used as a traditional spice, this plant is popular in India and Southeast Asia for its slightly pungent, bitter, and sour flavor.
- Lemon (Citrus limon). Lemon is native to China or India and has been cultivated in Asia for over 2,500 years. Lemon has multiple uses, serving both as a culinary ingredient and for decorative purposes.
- Acerola (Malpighia emarginata). Native to Central and South America, acerola is one of the richest sources of vitamin C in the world.
- Beta-glucans from brewer's yeast are natural polysaccharides. They participate in multiple functions in the body. Beta-glucan-based products have been consumed for thousands of years, especially in China and Japan.
- Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea). Echinacea is a plant that acts as a natural shield. Echinacea root helps the body maintain its natural defenses and thus resist the harsh winter weather. Echinacea also contributes to respiratory health.
- Lichen: a lichen is a higher fungus in symbiosis with an alga, the term algae understood in a broad sense and the lichen is called ascolichen. Lichen is mainly native to Canada, Scandinavia and Ireland.

Coating
Glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, rice starch - Vegetable colors: safflower concentrate, spirulina and apple.

Directions for use and Dosage
Reserved for adults.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or for people undergoing anticoagulant treatment.
Before the winter period: 1 tablet per day for 1 month with a glass of water, preferably in the morning. The treatment can be repeated.
When more intense winter episodes appear: 2 tablets per day, with a glass of water, preferably in the morning.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
A food supplement cannot be used in combination with other foods. Replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of children under three years.
