Mode Directions for Use and Dosage
Ages 12 and up.
- Adults: 2 capsules in a single intake, after main meals or at bedtime, up to 3 times a day.
- Children 12 to 17 years: 2 capsules in a single intake, after the main meal or at bedtime, once a day.
Space the intake of this product by 2 hours from that of oral medications. If following a low-sodium diet, consider the intake of approximately 92 mg of sodium per dose of 2 capsules. Contains traces of iodine; this does not constitute a contraindication for use by individuals with thyroid disorders. Tobacco and alcohol, spicy foods, and exercise immediately after meals are not recommended.
Warnings
Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
