Directions for use and dosage

We recommend taking 1 bottle per day. Shake vigorously before use. If necessary, the product can be diluted with water or juice. We recommend taking it in the evening, away from mealtimes. When using the product in conjunction with sports, it is recommended to consume the bottle approximately 30 minutes before performance.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age to avoid accidental ingestion. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Use is not recommended in cases of known hypersensitivity to one or more of the listed ingredients. Storage
