Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take one 15 ml measuring spoon of product twice a day (preferably on an empty stomach) diluted in a large glass of water; for a shock action, it is also possible to dilute two 15 ml measuring spoons in a litre of water and drink them during the day.
Shake well before use.
