- Willowherb: is a plant widely marketed throughout the world in various forms. Willowherb plays an important role in the inhibition of 5-alpha reductase and aromatase, a very important role in improving prostate function and has also been shown to have beneficial effects against oxidative stress.
- Serenoa repens: is a small palm tree native to the United States that is useful for promoting prostate function thanks to a mix of plant ingredients, including flavonoids and triglycerides. Serenoa repens, by inhibiting the enzyme 5 alpha reductase, blocks the conversion of testosterone into DHT (dihydrotestosterone), responsible for disorders related to prostate function.
- Tribulus terrestris: is a very functional plant, it has been used for years to aid urinary tract function and as a tonic (physical and mental fatigue).
- Nettle: many studies have confirmed that the plant principles of nettle have various beneficial effects on prostate function.
