Indications

Amino plus is a supplement of branched-chain amino acids, alanine, and glycine.

• Branched-chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine), also called BCAAs, are particularly important in endurance disciplines, in addition to their role in building and rebuilding muscle, because they also play a key role in energy production during muscular effort.

Directions for Use and Dosage

Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in approximately 200 ml of water, stirring well. We recommend 1 sachet per day.
