Indications

Aminofast Sport is a useful supplement for those who perform physical activity:

• It provides the nutritional components necessary to allow the catalytic, regulatory, receptor, hormonal and antibody functions of proteins, thus optimizing the functions cellular;
• It supports the plastic function of proteins, optimizes muscle anabolism thanks to the optimization of protein synthesis, slowing the impairment of lean mass in the elderly or chronically ill.

Directions for use and Dosage

The recommended daily dose is 15 g (about four teaspoons).
Aminofast Sport can be diluted in 750/800 ml of water and taken during physical activity. If preferred, it can also be diluted in vegetable milk or fruit juice.
Slightly citrusy flavor and very rapid solubility.

Warnings

Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor if using for a prolonged period (more than 6/8 weeks).
