Indications
AMINO BCAA 4:1:1 is a food supplement based on branched chain amino acids in a 4:1:1 ratio with vitamin B6, which contributes to normal energy, protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and Acetyl L-carnitine. Branched chain amino acids (Leucine, Valine and Isoleucine) are useful for supplementing an athlete's diet.
AMINO BCAA 4:1:1 is particularly suitable for power sports as the higher presence of leucine is useful for speeding up protein synthesis and promoting recovery. Furthermore, acetyl-L-carnitine improves the absorption of active ingredients and naturally stimulates their transport.

Directions for use and dosage
Take up to 5 tablets a day with a glass of water, preferably 30 minutes before or immediately after training.
On rest days, it is recommended to take the tablets between main meals to ensure a constant supply of amino acids.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle.
