Indications

Ingredients
Bulking agent: cellulose; stabilizers: L-ascorbic acid, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; chitosan (derived from crustaceans), magnesium oxide, niacin (nicotinic acid); Coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose, fatty acids, glycerol, shellac; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; DL-phosphoserine; colors: titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides, riboflavin; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

Directions for use and Dosage
Take 1 tablet to be swallowed whole with a little water, preferably with the evening meal or in any case with the largest meal. high in fat.
