Product Description

Food supplement useful for counteracting the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux and hyperacidity.

Indications

Food supplement indicated for the symptomatic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (heartburn, acid regurgitation, epigastric pain, reflux cough, dysphonia).

Active ingredients

• Sodium potassium alginate: polymer extracted from parts of some brown marine algae (Laminaria spp.) and fucus (Fucus Vescicolosus spp. – Serratus spp.) formed by pectin-like structures that gel upon contact with water, preventing the reflux of stomach contents into the esophagus. It has a very rapid effect with symptom relief within a few minutes;
• Magnesium hydroxide: exerts an important antacid action based on this substance's ability to keep the acidity of gastric juice within physiological limits. Administration in combination with sodium alginate is essential because it determines a greater neutralizing effect;
• Sodium bicarbonate: neutralizes gastric acids thanks to its ability to interact in the stomach and determine the production of carbon dioxide in a gaseous state. This ingredient is essential because it allows the sodium alginate to "float" above the gastric contents and determine the "barrier" effect;
• Passiflora: set of substances (alkaloids, flavonoids, phytosterols, coumarins) derived from a plant whose leaves, infructescences and inflorescences are able to carry out a sedative and anxiolytic action on the central nervous system;
• Melissa: set of substances (triterpenes - flavonoids) extracted from Melissa Officinalis with documented sedative effects in states of anxiety with visceral somatizations and restlessness, in gastrointestinal dyspeptic pathologies for its spasmolytic action and in case of digestive disorders (nausea, flatulence and abdominal cramps).

Ingredients

Sodium - Potassium alginate, potassium hydroxide magnesium, sodium bicarbonate, dimethicone, lemon balm extract, passionflower extract.

Directions for use

Take 1-2 tablets after main meals (lunch/dinner) and before bedtime, or as needed if symptoms such as pain and heartburn occur. Swallow the tablets with water.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended dose. This product does not replace a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age.

Store in a cool, dry place.
