Indications
Alacur is a food supplement with vitamins B1, B6 and B12, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, lipoic acid, turmeric and vitamin D which contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.

Alpha lipoic acid, turmeric (Curcuma longa L., rhizome) dry extract tit. 95% curcumin, bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), colorings: titanium dioxide, riboflavin; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), black pepper (Piper nigrum L., fruit) dry extract tit. 95% in piperine, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Methods Directions for use and Dosage
Take one tablet daily, during or immediately after lunch.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
