Ingredients

Orange juice, Iron bisglycinate, Acerola (Malpighia Punicifolia) fruit e.s. tit 50%, Ac. Ascorbic Acid, Zinc Gluconate, Copper Gluconate, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid.

Directions for Use and Dosage

We recommend taking one stick pack per day during meals.
