Advanced BCAA by Ultimate Italia is a food supplement with branched chain amino acids in a 4:1:1 ratio useful for integrating the athlete's diet with glutamine peptide, B vitamins and antioxidants. The ingredients contained contribute to: the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism (Vitamin B2, B6 and C), protein and glycogen metabolism (Vitamin B6), to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (Vitamin B2, C, E and Selenium), to the normal function of the nervous system (Vitamin B2, B6 and C) and immune system (Vit B6, C and Selenium). Before sport amino acids help preserve muscles during exercise and stabilize energy. After sport, BCAAs bypass the liver and go directly to the muscles, where they become muscle itself and promote anabolism, i.e. growth of lean mass and strengthening.

How to use and dosage
When:
- Fitness and bodybuilding: all tablets half an hour after training;
- Power and endurance sports: half of the tablets half an hour before training and the remaining half half an hour after.
