Indications

Admucosol by Adler Lab is a food supplement based on N-Acetylcysteine, Bromelain, Zinc and Vitamin C. With dry extracts of Adatoda, Drosera and Thyme, useful for dry and productive coughs, both acute and persistent. The active ingredient, N-Acetylcysteine, works by dissolving phlegm deposits in the bronchi affected by infection, thus facilitating their expulsion. Furthermore, it has a mucolytic, fluidifying and antioxidant action, which counteracts oxidizing radicals and increases the defense mechanisms of the respiratory membranes. In addition to N-acetylcysteine, the product contains:

• Adatoda: bronchodilator and antihistamine, it promotes breathing by facilitating airflow in the bronchi and reducing respiratory resistance;
• Bromelain: anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous and mucolytic. Useful for reducing localized inflammation and decongesting the mucous membranes in airway inflammation;
• Drossera: has mucolytic properties, acting as an expectorant to promote increased fluidity of bronchial secretions. This makes it a useful agent in the treatment of respiratory conditions, such as coughs and bronchitis, as it helps clear the airways of accumulated secretions, improving mucociliary clearance;
