Indications

ADH ® Supplement containing omega 3 and omega 6 is composed of:

• Gamma-linolenic acid: is classified as an n-6 fatty acid (also called omega-6 or 18:03),
  The human body produces gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) from linoleic acid (LA). This reaction is catalyzed by the enzyme Δ6-desaturase (D6D). From γ-linolenic acid, the body forms dihomo-γ-linolenic acid (DGLA). DGLA is one of the three sources of eicosanoids in metabolism, along with arachidonic acid (AA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). GLA deficiency can occur when there is a reduction in the efficiency of D6D conversion (for example, with advancing age or when there are specific dietary deficiencies) or in disease states in which there is an increased consumption of γ-linolenic acid metabolites.
• DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid): are the 2 most important omega-3 fatty acids for human health. They cannot be produced by the body, but must be introduced with the diet.
  DHA contributes to maintaining physiological brain and vision functions. (with a daily intake of 250mg).
  EPA and DHA contribute to maintaining physiological cardiac function. (with a daily intake of EPA and DHA equal to 250mg each).

Ingredients

(per 1 capsule): fish oil powder (EPA 18mg, DHA 12mg) 300mg, Borage - Borago officinalis L. (powdered oil) (8mg GLA) 40mg, fish autolysate 40mg, natural gelatin.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 4-6 capsules per day, divided before main meals. Do not exceed the indicated doses.
