Indications
ADFQ10 is a food supplement based on Coenzyme Q10, useful in case of nutritional deficiencies or increased needs of this nutrient.
ADFQ10 (or ubiquinol) is a molecule present throughout the body and particularly abundant in the heart, liver, kidneys and pancreas. Its intake is recommended against cardiovascular problems, diabetes, gum disease, Parkinson's disease, muscular dystrophy, chronic fatigue syndrome, Lyme disease, Huntington's disease and breast cancer. It is also used to increase energy and resistance to physical effort and to strengthen the immune system.
Ingredients
Coenzyme Q10, red food gelatin capsule (water, gelatin, E172, E122); bulking agent: maltodextrin; stabilizing agent: silica dioxide; anti-caking agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
Gluten and lactose free.

Directions for use and dosage
We recommend taking 1 capsule per day with a little water, preferably shortly before the main meal, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
