- Ashvagandha and Brahmi facilitate relaxation and mental well-being;
- Centella promotes memory and cognitive functions.
Ayurvedic Tips:
Give preference to the consumption of light and easily digestible foods, such as: ghee, milk, rice, wheat flour derivatives, fruit. Avoid peanuts, sauces, and spicy spices.
Avoid smoking and alcohol.

Practice Transcendental Meditation, light exercises, asanas and pranayama.

How to use
Recommended daily dose: 4 tablets. 2 tablets half an hour before the two main meals.
