L-Methionine is one of the essential amino acids and, as such, is an important constituent of the human body. L-Methionine, which our body cannot produce and must be obtained from outside, is the only essential amino acid that contains sulfur in its formula. The availability of L-Methionine (as a sulfur donor) in sufficient quantities is a prerequisite for the biosynthesis of cysteine, a sulfur-containing amino acid.
Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is one of the essential vitamins due to its water-soluble antioxidant action that protects against free radicals in aqueous environments (plasma, intracellular fluids). In the urinary environment, it is able to stimulate the production of nitric oxides by reducing bacterial nitrites.
Dosage and Directions for Use
It is recommended to take one tablet once a day, preferably in the evening with a glass of water.
