100% maltodex - sports supplements bottle of 500g

Product Description

Food supplement for sports.

Indications

100% Maltodex is a supplement containing the purest maltodextrins. Compared to common glucose sources, maltodextrins are more soluble and digestible and are also absorbed more gradually. Useful as an energy source before a performance. After the performance, they help recovery by rebuilding glycogen stores (which can drop by up to 95% after intense exercise).
