The filling of these thermal products is made of 100% natural products. After 90 seconds of heating in the microwave at 800 watts, the products release heat that provides comfort and relief for 1 hour or more. The heat is retained for a long time and released gradually. They are also ideal as cold compresses to relieve swelling and sprains. Simply wrap the product in a plastic bag and leave it in the freezer overnight.
