Indications

Marcos Dermal is a cream formulated for the treatment of sensitive external skin and mucous membranes in cases of irritation, redness, itching, dermatitis, mycosis, and superficial burns. It promotes the rebalancing of the skin barrier thanks to the active substances it contains, with protective, soothing, and regenerating effects. Particularly suitable for skin and external mucous membrane conditions in:

• general and vascular surgery (dermatitis with or without septic complications, vascular skin alterations);
• gynecology (vulvitis, vulvar synechiae);
• dermatology (skin and mucous membrane conditions of viral, bacterial, fungal or allergic etiology, acne, sunburn, burns, folliculitis);
• sports medicine (traumatic or irritant dermatitis, athlete's foot);
• geriatrics (decubitus and diaper rash);
• pediatrics (allergic, bacterial, fungal, viral, including exanthematous dermatitis, diaper rash, prickly heat, seborrheic dermatitis, acne);
• senology (skin fold dermatitis submammary, axillary and superficial breast fissures);
• proctology (external hemorrhoids, superficial fissures and perianal dermatitis);
• urology (balanoposthitis, balanopreputial adhesions, phimosis and paraphimosis);
• allergology (atopic erythema and urticaria). 

Marcos Dermal acts thanks to the presence of:

• Ozonated olive oil (5%): through the formation of compounds with a high biological action between ozone and the lipids of olive oil (ozonides, ozonides, peroxides) it releases oxygen to the skin, has a direct and indirect antioxidant action, stimulates cellular metabolism, has a germicidal, fungicidal and virustatic action, has a re-epithelializing and regenerating action of the skin tissues, photoprotective action, soothing and anti-inflammatory action, increases the hydrophilicity of the skin and increases the absorption and penetration of other substances useful to the skin that may be used simultaneously or subsequently;
• Hyaluronic Acid: stimulates the formation of both collagen and connective tissues, provides important support in fighting viruses and bacteria, increases tissue plasticity and optimizes skin hydration.
• Colloidal Silver: antibacterial, fungicidal, virustatic and healing action (useful in disinfecting superficial wounds and burns).
• Zinc Oxide: anti-inflammatory and antiseborrheic action.
• Climbazole: useful as an antifungal.
• Blackcurrant: cortisone-like anti-inflammatory action, antibacterial (acne), antihistamine. (skin allergies), vasoprotective
