Directions for use

Apply 1-2 pumps of product every day, morning and evening, before applying the cream.
Distribute the product well on the face, neck, and décolleté with circular movements until completely absorbed.

Stimulating massage (day): After applying the serum, stimulate the skin by tapping with your fingertips on the chin, moving up the cheeks to the forehead; you can increase the speed, paying particular attention to the areas of the face that accumulate more tension, such as the jaw.
If you have time, you can start the massage in the décolleté area. and move up the neck and face with quick strokes until you reach the forehead.

Relaxing Massage (Nighttime): After applying the serum, slide the fingers of both hands from the center of the face outwards: first on the forehead and then towards the temples.
Then, move your fingers around the entire oval of the face, from the chin up (for greater relaxation, you can extend each movement up to the scalp).
Press lightly with your fingertips as you complete each movement.
To finish, press the forehead and chin with open palms, then repeat on the sides of the face.
