Ecofil Alfa is a cleanser based on Alpha Hydroxy Acids, which perform an incisive exfoliating and keratolytic action.

AHAs present in Ecofil Alfa:

  • •Glycolic/Lactic Acid 6%
  • Citric Acid 4%
  • Malic/Tartaric Acid 0.6%

With these concentrations, the thickness of the stratum corneum is reduced, resulting in a reduction of comedones, pustules and excess sebum.
