Directions for use

1. Take a modest amount of face cream and warm it between your hands before application.
2. Pressure: Evenly distribute the cream on the areas of the face that need nourishment: cheeks, forehead and chin.
3. Massage: Using your fingertips, spread the cream along the jawline down to the neck. Move up from the corners of the lips, moving to the outer corners of the eyes, and then from the eyebrows to the crown of the head.
4. Tone Up: Use the "Tone Up" gesture for the finishing touch. Starting from the center of the face, press and slide your fingers outward, from the jawline to the forehead.
5. Morning routine: Cleanse your face and gently apply Blue Peptides Uplift Day Cream.
