Zomavet fish oil 93 is a supplement based on salmon oil, rosemary, and echinacea angustifolia.
Omega 3 has a natural anti-inflammatory effect in the treatment of lameness, aging (degenerative joint phenomena due to senescence), dysplasia, and osteochondritis. The anti-inflammatory action resulting from the direct interaction of omega-3 with the arachidonic acid cascade is well documented. The action of omega-3 on the immune system allows for a better response and improved functionality, reducing allergic phenomena. Supplementation with omega-3 allows for normal functioning of the cellular structures responsible for antigen recognition both during an allergic phenomenon and in response to external insults of a viral and bacterial nature.

The characteristic constituents of Echinacea are polyphenols, particularly caffeic acid derivatives (e.g., chicoric acid, caftaric acid, chlorogenic acid, and echinacoside), polysaccharides, alkylamides, glycoproteins, and terpenes.
