Indications

Tri-Tec 14 is a spray insect repellent to repel flies, midges, horseflies, mosquitoes, fleas, lice, and ticks from horses. It is an exclusive formula that combines pyrethrins with cypermethrin in an aqueous base, ensuring maximum effectiveness. Its activity is guaranteed by the composition that combines the immediate action of natural pyrethrins (extracted from the flowers of Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium) with the more prolonged action of pyrethroids. Cypermethrin, a synthetic analogue with a CN group, acts by altering the permeability of the nerve cell membrane, causing immediate paralysis in the insect. Pyrethrum and its synthetic derivatives, despite having very low toxicity for animals, perform an excellent antiparasitic action that occurs through direct contact with parasites, thus limiting numerous pathologies, not least allergic reactions, resulting from contact or their bites. Tri-Tec 14 also contains a sunscreen that protects the active ingredients from degradation by the sun's rays, without causing skin irritation.

• Pyrethrins 0.2%;
• Technical piperonyl butoxide 1.6%;
• Di–n– Propyl isocincomeronate 0.5%;
• Tetrahedron 2-furaldehyde 0.5%;
• Butoxypolypropylene glycol 5%;
• Inert ingredients 92.05%.

Directions for use and dosage

Shake well before use. Before applying the product, carefully brush the coat against the grain to remove dirt and dust. Spray Tri-Tec 14 evenly over the entire body.
After the first application, repeat the treatment after 7 days. Subsequently, apply the product every 14 days or after each time the animal is bathed.
