Its composition is carefully balanced to maximize effectiveness:
- Active ingredients: Praziquantel (50 mg), Pyrantel Embonate (144 mg) and Fenbendazole (200 mg), a powerful synergy against parasites.
- Excipients: Corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, povidone, sodium starch glycolate (Type A), talc, magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silica, which guarantee the stability and assimilation of the tablet.
Tetrias Plus is Indicated for the treatment of various species of parasites, including:
- Roundworms: Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina (adult and late immature forms).
- Hookworms: Ancylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala (adults).
- Whipworms: Trichuris vulpis (adults).

- Recommended Dosage: The standard dose is 1 tablet. of 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight, corresponding to 5 mg/kg of praziquantel, 14.4 mg/kg of pyrantel embonate, and 20 mg/kg of fenbendazole. It is crucial to determine your pet's weight as accurately as possible for correct dosing, which should be established by your veterinarian.
- Method of Administration: The tablet can be offered directly to the dog or, if preferred, crushed and mixed with food. The animal does not need to fast during treatment.
- Frequency: For routine treatments, a single dose is sufficient. If helminthiasis is confirmed, treatment should be repeated after 14 days. If the infestation involves only tapeworms or nematodes, the use of a specific monovalent product is recommended.
