Sterile lubricating eye drops indicated for dogs, cats, non-DPA horses and pet rabbits.

Indications

Siccostil Protect by Trebifarma are preservative-free eye drops indicated for dogs, cats, non-DPA horses and pet rabbits with 0.15% Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin B12. 0.15% Hyaluronic Acid forms a viscoelastic hydrating barrier that guarantees effective and persistent hydration and lubrication on the ocular surface. The presence of vitamin B12, which gives a natural pink color, has antioxidant properties, protects the neuro-epithelium and promotes the physiological repair of the eye's functionality. Its action provides immediate relief in cases of moderate dry eyes and associated environmental stress.

Composition

Purified water, Glycerin, Sodium hyaluronate 0.15%, cyanocobalamin (Vit. B12) 0.01%, Sorbitol, Sodium chloride, Sodium tetraborate decahydrate, Disodium edetate, Boric acid.

How to use and Dosage

• Remove the safety ring by lifting the tab, remove the bottle cap and hold it between the thumb and forefinger of the dominant hand;
• Hold the animal's head still by containing the muzzle with the non-dominant hand;
• Place the dominant hand on the side above the animal's head so that you can gently pull the outer edge of the little finger on the upper eyelid to facilitate exposure of the eye;
• Place the bottle over the eye and instill 1-2 drops of the solution into the eye 2-3 times a day, applying light pressure to the body of the bottle.
• Reward the animal after application.

Warnings

Ophthalmic product for external veterinary use. Avoid touching the eye with the tip of the bottle. Do not use the product after the expiry date shown on the package. Allow 10-15 minutes between instilling Siccostil Protect and any instillation of drugs or products for external ophthalmic use. Do not use in case of subjective hypersensitivity or known incompatibility to any component of the preparation. Use the bottle within 56 days of first opening. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Store below 25°C. Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use.
