- Nematodes: Roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina), Hookworms (Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum), Whipworms (Trichuris vulpis).
- Tapeworms: Echinococcus spp. (E. granulosus, E. multilocularis), Taenia spp. (T. hydatigena, T. pisiformis, T. taeniformis) and Dipylidium caninum.
It is recommended not to use the product in case of known hypersensitivity to the active ingredients or to any excipients present in the formulation.

It is essential to consider that fleas are common intermediate hosts for the tapeworm Dipylidium caninum. To prevent re-infestations, it is crucial to implement control measures on intermediate hosts, such as fleas and rodents.
Frequent and repeated use of anthelmintics may lead to the development of parasitic resistance. It is recommended to consult a veterinarian for an appropriate treatment plan.
In case of overdose, the combination of praziquantel, pyrantel embonate and febantel is Generally well tolerated by dogs. Safety studies have shown that doses five or more times higher than those recommended may occasionally induce episodes of vomiting.
Concomitant administration with piperazine compounds is not recommended, as they may antagonize the anthelmintic effects of pyrantel. Simultaneous use with other cholinergic compounds may also increase the risk of toxicity.
Directions for use
The product is intended for oral use only.
The recommended dosage is 100 mg. of 1 tablet for every 35 kg of body weight, corresponding to 15 mg/kg of febantel, 5 mg/kg of pyrantel (equivalent to 14.4 mg of pyrantel embonate) and 5 mg/kg of praziquantel.
For dogs weighing more than 35 kg, administer 1 tablet of Prazitel for large breed dogs, adding the appropriate dose of Prazitel for dogs (1 tablet for every 10 kg).
For dogs weighing 17.5 kg, half a tablet of Prazitel for large breed dogs is sufficient.
The tablets can be administered directly or hidden in food. No period of fasting is required, either before or after feeding. after treatment.
In case of risk of reinfestation, it is advisable to consult a veterinarian to assess the need and frequency of further administrations.
The half-tablets must be placed in the appropriate space in the blister pack and stored in the original cardboard box.
