Treatment and prevention of tick, flea, and lice infestations in dogs and cats 2 days or older. Fipronil rapidly exerts its lethal action on ticks, preventing the development and possible transmission of infections. It is active against the main tick species present in Italy, including Ixodes ricinus, responsible for the transmission of Lyme disease to dogs, cats, and humans. Fipronil acts on fleas by rapidly killing adult fleas, thus preventing egg laying and therefore new infestations. Thanks to its lethal action on adult fleas, fipronil effectively contributes to the control and resolution of Flea Allergic Dermatitis (FAD). Fipronil also, with a single treatment, quickly and permanently controls and resolves lice infestations in dogs and cats. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use on animals with extensive skin lesions. Do not use in sick (systemic diseases, fever, etc.) or convalescent animals. Do not use in rabbits, as potentially fatal adverse reactions may occur.
