Characteristics

Normalia® Fast is a complementary dietetic food for dogs and cats, formulated for the reduction of acute intestinal absorptive disorders (e.g. acute diarrhea due to dietary indiscretion) and for subsequent periods of convalescence.

Palmitoyl-glucosamine (PGA), in micronized form (PGA-m), is a naturally occurring substance that helps maintain the integrity and physiological function of the intestinal lining, improving the bioavailability of nutrients. and the ability to maintain intestinal health in dogs and cats suffering from acute diarrhea.

The synergy between tannic acid (a plant polyphenol with astringent action) and bentonite (a clay mineral with adsorbent action) is capable of increasing stool consistency, slowing intestinal transit.

The electrolyte complex (sodium, potassium, and magnesium salts) restores the correct water-salt balance compromised during diarrhea.

Composition

Palmitoyl glucosamine (24.1%), sodium chloride, potassium sulfate, sodium pyrophosphate, yeasts, lupin flour, sunflower seed oil, maltodextrin (highly digestible ingredient), magnesium chloride.

Directions for use

Administer the product for 5-10 days at the daily dose indicated in the following table.

It is preferable to administer the whole capsule by placing it at the base of the tongue so it can be swallowed. Alternatively, the capsule can be opened and mixed with food. It is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian before use.

Concurrent oral use with macrolides should be avoided.
