Indications

Lecurpet feed intended for a particular nutritional purpose for dogs and cats based on glucosamine, chondroitin, fish oil, Curcuvet (Curcuma longa L. extract formulated with phospholipids), boswellia.
Useful as a support for joint metabolism in cases of osteoarthritis.

Composition

Maltodextrin, glucosamine (from animal tissues) 12.5%, chondroitin sulphate 12%, fish oil (titrated at 80% in omega 3) 4.12%, dicalcium phosphate, yeast from Saccharomyces cerevisiae 3%, hydrolyzed chicken liver.

• Agent stabilizer: Microcrystalline cellulose 200000 mg;
  Flavorings: Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.: extract 60000 mg Curcuma longa L.: turmeric extract (Curcuvet" lndena) 50000 mg;
• Anti-caking agents: Precipitated and dried silicic acid 60000 mg;
  Amino acids, their salts and analogues: D-L Methionine 30000 mg;
  Vitamins, provitamins and chemically well-defined substances having similar effect: Vitamin C 30000 mg Vitamin E 15000 mg:
  Compounds of trace elements: Manganese oxide 1000 mg;
• Glucosamine: amino sugar (GAG), plastic component of joints and cartilage.
  The intake of glucosamine is essential for maintaining joint health, even in cases of disorders such as osteoarthritis or as the animal ages when there is a physiological decline in the synthesis of this molecule;
• Chondroitin: an amino sugar (GAG) particularly abundant in articular cartilage and which works in synergy with glucosamine to stimulate chondrocytes to produce collagen, a fundamental molecule for maintaining joint integrity.
• Fish oil: fish oil is an ingredient rich in omega 3, particularly EPA and DHA, which intervene in the reduction of the production of molecules that cause an inflammatory state, thus contributing to joint functionality.
• Curcuvet: Curcuma longa L. extract formulated with phospholipids, specifically developed for veterinary use, which guarantees high oral bioavailability and absorption of curcumin in order to maintain the well-being of the osteoarticular system by acting on the modulators of the inflammatory response.
• Boswelia:(Boswellia serrata Roxb ex Colebr): the resin obtained from boswellia, a tree native to India, is rich in boswellic acids which act on 5-lipoxygenase, thus counteracting the inflammatory process and promoting osteoarticular function.
• Vitamin C / E:enrich the product by counteracting oxidative stress and protecting the joints from damage by free radicals.
