Trm good as gold pasta contains a concentrated level of Magnesium in chelated form to promote better absorption, together with L-Tryptophan and B-Group Vitamins. Magnesium is very important because Magnesium is absorbed in the small intestine, where food remains for a short time. The combination of Magnesium Chelate, Vitamins B, and L-Tryptophan helps calm the nervous and cardiovascular systems.

Directions for Use
