Directions for use

To ensure the safe application and maximum efficacy of Effipro spot-on, we recommend carefully following the following instructions:

• Apply The product should be administered preferably at the end of the day or early evening.
• Recently treated animals should not sleep with their owners, especially children, for 24 hours after application.
• In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, use should only occur after a careful risk/benefit assessment by your veterinarian.
• Avoid wetting or washing the animal in the two days before and after treatment to avoid compromising its effectiveness.
• Apply the spot-on to an area where the animal cannot lick itself, typically between the shoulder blades.
• Do not apply Effipro to open wounds or irritated skin.
• Apply outdoors or in a well-ventilated room.
• If there are several dogs in the house, treat them all at the same time with Effipro to prevent reinfestations.
• Avoid contact of the product with the animal's mouth and eyes. In case of accidental eye contamination, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Keep the product out of the reach of children.
• Wash hands thoroughly after application.
• Do not use Effipro on cats under 2 months of age or weighing less than 1 kg.
