Indications

Principium Complete Magnesium is a magnesium powder supplement from 4 different sources: pidolate, carbonate, citrate and marine (extracted from sea water through an evaporation process).
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and helps reduce fatigue and tiredness.
The formulation is completed by Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), a short-chain prebiotic fiber.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend one to two teaspoons throughout the day, away from meals.
Pour the contents of a teaspoon into a glass of water, preferably lukewarm.
