Osmotic laxative medical device
Indications
Lubrimil is a medical device based on: Macrogol 3350, Psyllium, Simethicone.
Lubrimil acts by softening the stool and promoting the regularization of intestinal function and motility through a combination of osmotic effects.
Ingredients
Macrogol 3350, Psyllium, Simethicone, Citric Acid, sucralose, acesulfame K, flavorings (orange and
safflower), silicon dioxide, sodium bicarbonate, sunflower lecithin.
Directions for use and Dosage
Children aged 6 to 12 years: 1 sachet per day. daily
Adults and children > 12 years: 2 sachets per day.
Before using the product in children, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
Dissolve each sachet well in a full glass of water and
drink immediately. Since Psyllium has the ability to create a gel, the product must be taken between meals with an adequate amount of water (at least a full glass of water, two glasses, if possible), to prevent it from swelling in the throat and causing choking.
It is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water per day for adults, and at least 1 - 1.5 liters per day for children and adolescents. If the conditions persist after taking the product, consult your doctor.
Warnings
In the doses necessary to achieve a therapeutic effect, the occurrence of side effects has been rarely reported. Occasionally, transient gastrointestinal disturbances may occur, such as diarrhea (especially at the beginning), abdominal pain, rumbling, and nausea. Rarely, product components have caused hypersensitivity reactions (rush and urticaria). However, if intolerance or other side effects occur, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
