The Rose Water Illuminating Serum is formulated with Rosehip Vitamin C, with energizing and antioxidant properties, and also has an anti-aging and illuminating action on dull and lifeless skin. A 1.5% active concentrate that illuminates and evens out the complexion, energizes the skin, and protects against free radicals. The texture is light on the skin, spreads, and absorbs quickly.
